Start with Selsun: Seb derm is common and very frustrating. It tends to come and go with stress, seasons, and sometimes what products folks are using. Try washing in the shower with selsun blue shampoo (wash your face, leave it on for a few min then rinse) each day. If that fails, you can try an otc cream called florasone which is a plant extract twice daily. Next step is rx, so you'd want to see your dermatologist.
