Is ingesting lots of soy products bad for men by increasing prostate cancer and estrogen?

No: Soy has not been found to be bad for men. Researchers are studying soy to see if it is helpful against prostate cancer. Some studies have found that psa levels are lower (better) in prostate cancer patients eating soy, but more studies are needed. Soy can be part of a healthy diet, as long as one eats a variety of foods other than soy. However, one should avoid soy drinks that have too much sugar.

Estrogen: Interesting question; estrogen has been used to treat prostate cancer but due to cardio side effects is not used routinely any longer; the data on soy is very debatable.
