Slowly: Yes, you will, but take it easy, especially when you have been non-weight bearing for three weeks. Muscles, tendons, ligaments get deconditioned very easily with splints like your boot. Your doctor may have ordered physical therapy which you should do. Definitely take it slow after the three weeks...You don't want to go to straight to lunges or run a marathon. Hope this helps!
