Abnormal sound: Fluid in the ear decreases sound. Chances in blood pressure with salt and caffeine should not affect your hearing. Tinnitus is abnormal sound produced by damaged nerves. Prior injury from sound trauma, infection, or tumor may cause a constant sound that is tinnitus. It may get louder with fluid in the ear or increase blood flow, but is not caused by these changes.

Possibly: Anything that will increase the size of the effusion may increase the tinnitus, i.E salt. So it is possible that the symptoms also worsen.
