Overuse: Most commonly the exercises you are doing are too hard on your body. Buttock pain is usually associated with excessive strain while doing lower body core exercises that work the gluteal muscles and upper hamstrings. Your leg pain is probably from the same overuse issue. Seek a personal trainer or at the very least have it checked out with a sports medicine physician.
