After i take a walk then sit down, my upper legs twitch a lot. tiny twitches all over the place for 15-30 min. it doesn't hurt, but what's going on?

These muscle twitches often occur after exercise. Your body adapts to exercise changes by altering the interface between the motor nerves and the muscle tissue. If you continue to do the exact same exercise for weeks, this twitching will stop. Cross trainers and weight lifters have this symptom often.
