If admitted to hospital for a more than a couple days do they have to give you your dose of methodone i have to be admitted but don't want to withdraw?

Yes they should: Unfortunately, many hospitals and doctors are not aware of the rules. Talk to your doctor before your admission, have him call your program to verify the dose, and make sure your program knows you are in the hospital. Your nurse should confirm with your program your dose and when you last dosed, and they should dose you at the same level. It is often useful for the clinic doc to talk to ur doctor.

Why would Methodone come up in a urine test? My mom was at the hospital after a seizure. Urine sample said positive for methodone but she has never taken methodone in her life. Can anything else be the cause for a false positive?
