Bone stimulator: Bone growth stimulators can enhance bone healing. However sometimes the problem may not be slowness of healing but abnormal healing. When a fracture heals abnormally it can cause mal-union or non-union of the fracture site. This then requires surgical intervention. Bone growth stimulator for mal-union will be of no benefit.

Might be: Talk to your orthopedist. There are some centers using electrical fields with some preliminary evidence showing that they might speed up bone growth. The most common reason for impaired healing of bone is smoking - if you smoke, stop! looking into other vascular problems, like diabetes or arteriosclerosis blocking blood flow, is another thought.
