I noticed whenever my 12 y/o son laughs his middle vein in the forehead shows ( vertical line) when he reached his puberty he became tall and skinny?

It is normal : Presentation in some people especially when the venous pressure in the head is increased such when people laugh. It could get smaller with growing but it could stay the same. This is not a disease!
