Maybe...or Maybe not: Oily skin is probably mostly due to genetics: some folks are incredibly oily no matter what they eat, while others tend to be very dry despite everything they do. I would always recommend eating a healthy diet (low sugar, mostly plants, minimally-processed food), so i think it's good to avoid pie... But this probably will not affect your oil production or acne risk very much by itself.
