Depends: Having intercourse every day is quite okay if the sperm count is normal. Be careful not to make the act of reproduction become a chore.

No difference: If the sperm is normal then likely it does not make a difference. If there are sperm abnormalities then usually every other day is preferred. But would not stress too much about that.
