See a doctor: I suggest you take him to see a doctor right away. Blood in the urine at his age could be from various reasons, anywhere along the genitourinary tract from kidneys to bladder to testicles and scrotum. Proper evaluation includes urinalysis, ultrasound and a physical exam.
