You are a bit: Young to have arthritis. If there was a prior injury or if there is significant scoliosis a orthopedic consult may be in order. Rheumatology could help if you have a spondyloarthropathy.

Consequence: You've had scoliosis for many years and this is now causing degenerative wear and tear in some of your vertebrae. You should consult a spine surgeon.
