Hard to say: If you are getting your symptoms when you are straining while trying to move your bowels it is possible that there could be a hernia of the bowel into the right inguinal canal or through the right abdominal wall that would not be apparent during a routine scan procedure. Getting a fast scan while you were bearing down hard might show something if that were the case.
