Not likely: If it was truly negative then you are no longer pregnant. It's not unusual for an embryo to implant and dislodge, it's just now we can detect them with early pregnancy tests.

No: If your pregnancy test is now negative it means that the cells that make the placenta are no longer functioning or present. If you then had a period, most likely, all the tissue was passed.
