Likely: If what you're saying is that a month ago you had a positive urine test and then now your urine test is negative. The urine test is very sensitive, so it sounds as if you likely did miscarry. If your pregnancy test is negative, it's unlikely that your symptoms now are due to previous pregnancy, more likely due to your hormone levels. Hope that helps.
