Unlikely: If what you're saying is that you had a positive pregnancy test.... and then after that test you had 3 days of bleeding and then you took another test and it's negative, then likely you aren't pregnant anymore. You can take a confirmatory test (I'd wait 3-5 days), and make sure, but sounds like you miscarried. See a physician if you're worried or bleeding continues for > 7 days.

Not pregnant: No. You bled. You have a negative test. These are two very powerful indicators that you are not or are no longer pregnant.
