Metamucil: I recommend using metamucil or benafiber tablets at least twice per day. I would also recommend you get on a stool softener. If symptoms continue see your primary care physician or surgeon.

Metamucil: I recommend metamucil or benafiber tablets. Alsu using a stool softener like colace (docusate sodium) may help. If symptoms continue, see your primary care physician or surgeon.
