Yes: Get a pregnancy test but it's not unusual to think you feel something on pelvic exam then not see anything on ultrasound; a pelvic exam is not specific. Get a pregnancy test if concerned.

Unikely: If your pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant. To confirm this, you can have a blood preg hormone test done. Either way, you should have an ultrasound of the pelvis done see why your uterus is enlarged.
