No: Neurontin (generic gabapentin) is a neuologic medication that was originally used to treat seizures. Nowadays it's more commonly used for neuropathy and nerve-related pain because it dampens pain signals sent from damaged nerve fibers. But it is not considered an anti-inflammatory.
