Bladder sensitivity: There are multiple conditions that can mimic the symptoms of a urinary tract infection. Some bladder sensitivities such as interstitial cystitis can do this. Urethral irritation can also be responsible. Visiting a urogynecologist is your best option to diagnose and treat your condition.

Abacterial cystitis: Can have many causes such as viral cystitis, interstitial cystitis, bladder stone or in fact symptoms can be caused by problems outside bladder like sti, vaginosis, yeast infection or inflamed bowel or appendix touching bladder. Sometimes urine culture produces a false negative if an antiseptic was used to clean off before getting specimen, which killed bacteria. See urologist if symptoms persist.
