Low odds but no zero: There is no zero risk sexual activity, but to be on the receiving end of oral sex has a low risk of catching hiv. Because saliva has very little virus (unless one has bleeding from sores or gum damage), deep open-mouth kissing also has low risk of transmitting hiv. The risk is higher if the man on the receiving end has scratches or sores on his penis, where even small numbers of virus could enter.
