Watch for bleeding!: Sore nipples just confirm the pregnancy. I wonder, though if you truly are just 4 days pregnant -- could you be a month and 4 days pregnant? It's possible. The cramping worries me. In an early pregnancy, you might pay attention to pain because that could mean a tubal pregnancy which could be life-threatening. If you start bleeding, then this cramping could be a miscarriage. Keep a symptom diary.
