It is possible!: The symptoms you describe may be related to pregnancy, but it's hard to know unless you do a pregnancy test. I have had patients with ALL the classic signs of pregnancy (breast tenderness, wt gain, morning sickness etc) and it ended up being a virus! (I have also had patients that thought they had a virus and were pregnant!). Best thing is to check your suspicion with a home pregnancy test!
