i have tiny pimple like bumps on my arm and legs. they don't itch or bother me. when i scratch them they turn white. what could they be?

Keratosis pilaris: These are more of a cosmetic issue than anything serious. Some people hate them and use a loofa to scrape them off of the backs of their arms. They happen more in kids and teens and less in adults. You might try some low-potency Hydrocortisone cream to see if that might smooth out these little bumps on the skin.
