No: You should go see your primary care physician first. Your pain maybe due to a GI issue and does not sound like an emergency, you can see your family doctor and with some simple tests figure out what the next step would be.

No: This sounds like a symptom bothersome enough to see a doctor for diagnosis and relief, but it does not sound like an emergency. A personal physician can better plan and carry out an evaluation than an emergency room. Typically consistent pain after eating represents either acid reflux or esophageal spasm (usually due to acid reflux), which is a lot more painful. Try some Pepcid (famotidine) and see a doctor.
