What are the safest muscle builder supplements if you have pkd?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ask nephrologist!: If you know that you have polycystic kidney disease, i imagine you already are in consultation with a nephrologist (kidney specialist). If you don't have one yet, find one. It is important to protect your kidney function - and important to know about strategies to employ if/when kidney function declines. In the meantime, use exercise to build muscles the natural way. Good luck. Lgromko md.
