I have had a papilloma in my breast for over a decade. ideally should it be removed?

Need more info: Intraductal papillomas are benign growths usually found within the terminal ducts of the breast that enter the nipple. They are the most common cause of bloody nipple discharge but do not need to be removed. Sometimes they can grow in the periphery of the breast and show up as a density on mammography. These peripheral papillomas may be associated with cancer and should be removed.
