Adipex: Hair loss is not a listed side effect for adipex in the physician's desk reference. However, several anecdotal reports found online. More common side effects: dizziness, dry mouth, difficulty sleeping, irritability, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation; more severe (see doc!) include severe headache, slurred speech, seizure, weakness on one side, vision changes. Pulm HTN most severe.

Maybe (not) . . .: www.epocrates.com doesn't mention any hair loss issues from taking adipex p (https://online.Epocrates.Com/noframe/showpage.Do?Method=drugs&monographid=3527&activesectionid=5) but that doesn't mean ti's not doing so in you. However, physical and/or emotional stress can cause hair loss. So can an abnormal thyroid along with many other issues. If this is of concern, go see a hair specialist.
