Brush & floss.: The sour taste is most likely due to bacteria in the mouth converting the sugar into acids. A thorough brushing and flossing should help. Mouthrinses can be added to the treatment, but by themselves are ineffective.

Work: This will take some work. Sour taste probably from bacteria converting sugars into acids, so yu have to get rid of the sugars. That means 1. Flossing EVERY day, and 2. Brushing 2x/day for 2 full minutes by the clock. Also, if it has been more than 6 months since your last professional cleaning, make an appointment with your Dentist.
