What temperature is a fever in children?

Over 100.4: Generally temp over 38 degrees centigrade or 100.4 f are considered elevations. The other symptoms present detemine the severity of the illness. Under 2 mos of age this elevation requires immediate care.Over 105 requires immediate attention at any age.
