Clam Allergy: Clam is a type of shellfish. Shellfish allergy is the most common food allergy among adults in the United States. Skin reactions such as hives or eczema. Symptoms may include itchy, red, watery eyes, nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, or diarrhea, wheezing or coughing or runny nose, swelling of lips, tongue, or face or may become a medical emergency. Avoid oysters, squid if you're sensitive to clam.
