Common: Too vague a symptom cluster to give any useful information. Both headache and fever are so very common and associated with such a wide variety of illnesses that the overlap between the two is huge.

Vague: Need much more information- duration, location, cause, severity. If in doubt and if it has lasted for awhile, i would see a doctor and provide a thorough history and get a thorough exam.

Flu-like symptoms: The usual symptoms of influenza viral infection are sudden onset fever, body and muscle aches, headache, fatigue and dry cough. Especially at this time of the year and knowing that the "flu" is very prevalent right now. Bacterial infections can also cause symptoms of fever and headache. A physician will be able to determine which is the problem and what treatment may be necessary.
