Exercise: Going for a daily walk can help. 30-60 min of vigorous exercise is recommended. The one thing to remember is to hydrate. With breast feeding, adequate fluid intake is crucial. I usually recommend to my moms to drink 4 of the mugs that the got from the hospital per day. Your needs may vary. If you notice a decrease in your supply, consider increasing you fluid consumption.
