No: Chest pain which occurs with exertion needs to evaluated by a doctor. This could be a result of blockage to one or more of the arteries to the heart. You should have this looked into asap.

Yes.: Exertional chest pain, termed "angina", is of concern and merits a more thorough evaluation by your physician. A careful history and physical exam will enable your doctor to decide whether or not it merits further testing to enable a more accurate answer to your question.
