Needs to go to ER: It seems that your niece had a severe allergic reaction to spicy food. She might be allergic to one or more of the spices and may had an anaphylactic type of allergic reaction or angioneurotic edema or something else. Having chest pain should always be taken seriously. Going to the er and consulting with her pediatrician is a must.
