Specializes in Urology

Venous leak : Venous leak is a rare cause of erectile dysfunction. Diagnosis is generally made by eliciting a history of lifelong ed and then proving that arterial insufficiency is not present. You will need to see a urologist with expertise in ed and the ability to perform penile duplex doppler and possibly cavernosography/ cavernosometry - very specialized tests.
