Need diagnosis first: To assess chronic fatigue, get blood for CBC and diff, t4, tsh, blood glucose (fasting), complete metabolic profile, eb virus (mono) title. With those tests in hand, may be able to pin point the causes of fatigue. Cjglueck md.
