Need an exam: I suggest you see an ENT doctor for evaluation. Are you on nasal steroid sprays or steroid asthma inhalers? Possibilities include laryngopharyngeal reflux, post nasal drip, yeast infection, foreign object. Tumor is of low likelihood in your age group.
