Hold Pressure: Scalp cuts can bleed a lot since the scalp has a rich blood supply. I suggest hold pressure on it and if the cut is deep and goes through your skin, get yourself to an er or an urgent care for evaluation, cleaning and possibly closing it (sutures, staple or medical glue). Also if you've not had a tetanus shot in the past 5 years, you'll most likely benefit from one.
