Worry about STDs: Yes, always worry about sexually transmitted diseases/infections even if you're taking a birth control pill. The pill can only prevent pregnancy if taken regularly as directed. However, it cannot prevent stds, which is why it's still imperative that your partner wear a condom each & every time, no matter what.
