Dizzy and bleeding: Although bleeding is expected after a miscarriage, too much blood loss can be dangerous. If you are getting light headed/faint feeling then it would be best to see someone (urgent care or ER) as soon as possible to make sure you haven't had excessive volume/blood loss. Better to be safe than sorry in this case.
