Rest: Rest it and avoid excessive load on the bone. Vit d3 2000 iu daily. Equal amounts of calcium and magnesium together with d. Strontium apart from calcium and magnesium. Lots of organic fruit and vegetables. Vit c 500 mg twice a day. Zinc picolinate 25 mg daily with a meal.
