Many answers: You don't mention when the surgery took place or what the pre-op symptoms were. These could be normal post-op occurences or could be more serious. I would consult the treating surgeon asap to see if these are normal post-op complications, or something more serious, especially as related to the upper wisdom teeth.

Headache: Headaches are multifactorial and it's impossible to determine if they're related to your recent wisdom teeth extractions, but they might be. You should return to see your oral surgeon to determine if there's a postoperative complication such as a dry socket or an infection that may require treatment or could become more serious. Headaches can also be caused by pain medicine after surgery.

Not unusual: Especially if you had an intravenous anesthetic. Should clear up quickly within a couple of days.
