Possibly TMJ or ear : It is possible that you are suffering from TMJ issues, however, you should see an ENT to rule out anything more serious. If ENT doesn't find anything than you should see a dentist or orthodontist that specifically treats TMJ for an evaluation and treatment.

ENT exam: Anatomical areas in the throat and mouth share innervation with the ear. Referred ear pain from other areas common. Considering your age, I would recommend seeing ENT doc for examination.
