Salivary gland stone: I think you meant salivary gland stone. If this is the case you can experience jaw pain when you smell food or eating. Have your doctor do an imaging study to detect a stone. If it i a small stone it will pass on its own. Drink lots of fluids and suck on lemon drops. If it is larger, it may have to be surgically removed.

Not a Kidney stone: It is possible that it is a calcium deposit in the duct of one of the glands that secretes saliva in your mouth. Many times it will "pass" like a kidney stone would, and sometimes other procedures would be needed to dislodge it. I would certainly want you to get more information from your doctor and probably see an oral surgeon for definitive treatment suggestions.
