Hi i noticed lately that my mouth is always dry and i also has enlarged nasal polyps so my question is the dry mouth something serious ? thanks

Nasal polyps: The dry mouth is probably due to chronic mouth breathing. You should be on nasal steroid to try and shrink your polyps with oral steroids if it gets particularly bad. Surgery is an option for you if the nasal polyps are obstructive.
