Nasal polyps: The dry mouth is probably due to chronic mouth breathing. You should be on nasal steroid to try and shrink your polyps with oral steroids if it gets particularly bad. Surgery is an option for you if the nasal polyps are obstructive.

Dry mouth nose polyp: The dry mouth is likely because the nasal polyps force you to depend more on your mouth to breathe. However, you should have your ENT physician evaluate each area to rule out any less likely diagnoses.
