Not falling out: The embryos normally disintegrate within a few days after embryo transfer if implantation does not occur. Unfortunately it sounds like your menstrual cycle is about to start.

Need bHCG: Agree with dr chin. However, a blood pregnancy test is helpful to confirm the outcome of the cycle. Certainly bleeding is not a good sign but have been very surprised to find positive beta in patients who were convinced that their ivf had failed. Good luck.

Hi ive had my 2nd ivf and its been 13days since embryo transfer I started bleeding on day 12 bleeding wos light first then went abit heavy n light again now could I still be pregnant I did get 2 embryos transferd.
Day 3 embryo transplantation was done on 27/04/2013.Spotted bleeding on 6/05/2013. Hcg levels tested on 7/05/2013 is 2.8 .Have i failed my IVF cycle.
