Yes: Bleeding or spotting can occur early in a pregnancy and this can happen after an ivf cycle as well as a natural cycle.Bleeding may be implantation bleeding in nor mal pregnancy but also could be a sign of a bad pregnancy such a a tubal pregnancy or a bad uterine pregnancy that will miscarry. Early bleeding may also be a sign that the period is coming early.
