I want to have glowing complexion. taking vit e with vit. c is a good choice?or bad?

Not enough: A glowing complexion reflects health. A healthy diet with lots of foods rich in vit e and c, a good night sleep, movement through the day, not smoking or drinking, and good stress management are the basics. Supplements are supplemental. OK: Vit c is great for collagen support for the skin and for general health - 500 to 1000mg 2 x per day is a good place to start. Vit e is ok but you need to get a good product at a health food store containing mixed tocopherols for it to be of health benefit. The cheap vit e is only one of 5 tocopherols and there is literature that more than 4oo iu of this may be bad for your health!
